Our commitment to you is complete customer satisfaction, 100% of the time. That’s why we give you 14 days from the delivery of your Alpha unit to return it for a full refund, minus shipping fees. In the rare case that needs to return the unit, simply return it to us with a copy of your dated receipt.

Please follow the return authorization procedure to obtain a return authorization number by calling customer service. The Alpha unit must be in like-new, undamaged condition and the return authorization number must be displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
